Medjaden was founded in Hong Kong, China in 2005, and moved to Texas, USA in 2015. The company’s initial focus was to provide services to help authors publish papers in Science Citation Index (SCI) journals.

In 2005 we began answering questions on DXY, the largest online community for healthcare professionals in China, and were well received among the forum users. As one of the earliest firms to offer biomedical manuscript editing in China, Medjaden gained the recognition of many clients in clinical and biomedical research for its excellent quality and comprehensive services. Medjaden, as a founder and member of the Alliance of Scientific Editing in China  (ASEC, http://www.asec.org.cn/), strongly opposes any form of academic misconduct. On May 9th, 2018, Medjaden officially became a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). This is an important milestone in our more than 10-year history of tireless efforts to help researchers with non-English backgrounds publish their scientific research results in English scientific journals.
