Standard service for multi-panel figures: This service is primarily for authors who provide ready-made images that meet the basic requirements of (target) journals, can be directly used for creating a multi-panel figure, and do not require complex processing by our art editors (i.e., figure formatting, as required by the target journal).
Advanced service for multi-panel figures: This service is primarily for authors who have original images (or statistical data) and need figure processing for all or a part of the figure(s).
Illustrative diagrams (quote available upon request): Pairing a well-prepared manuscript with a high-quality illustrative diagram will not only make readers better understand the authors’ findings but also significantly increase the effectiveness of the work. Examples include diagrams for signaling pathways, surgical procedures, postures, and anatomy. To ensure the quality and accuracy of illustrative diagrams, it is suggested that authors provide a draft (or a sketch) if possible so that our illustrators can better create the expected diagram.
Graphic design (quote available upon request):This service is primarily for authors who need to redesign images rather than assemble panels (or format figures). For example, the journal or reviewers may state that there is no logic in the presentation of the results (including figures), no inherent connection among different panels of a figure, too many figures, ambiguous legends, or inappropriate figure presentation (resulting in difficulty in understanding). In short, this service is designed to help authors do not know how to design or improve images for a manuscript.
