Medjaden was founded in 2005. The company’s initial focus was to provide services to help authors publish papers in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) journals. As one of the earliest firms to offer biomedical manuscript editing in China, Medjaden gained the recognition of many clients in clinical and biomedical research for its excellent quality and comprehensive services. Medjaden’s mottoes are “If you don’t give up, neither will we” and “We provide continuous services until your manuscript is published”. Because we believe that excellence and expertise should be the standard, Medjaden is respected in academic circles. Medjaden’s leading team of professionals has established an excellent reputation and credibility in the industry.
Currently, Medjaden provides comprehensive services for biomedical researchers, including manuscript editing and publishing, project design, grant application, training in manuscript writing, academic promotion planning, medical document writing, experiment outsourcing and scientific research management, English journal abstract editing and copyediting, support for overseas visiting scientists, and international academic exchange assistance. With its international perspective, Medjaden is honored to have a team of more than 200 English-language editors, 300 scientific experts, 40 proofreaders, and 20 academic advisors. Almost all of the English-language editors live abroad, mostly in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Our editors are native English speakers or accomplished Chinese scientists. With the support of this outstanding and international editorial team, Medjaden is devoted to helping researchers present their work to international peers. Medjaden has edited more than 100,000 manuscripts reporting bioscience and medical research. With Medjaden’s assistance, non-native English speakers are able to achieve greater recognition and success in their scientific career. Medjaden, as a founder and member of the Alliance of Scientific Editing in China (ASEC, http://www.asec.org.cn/), strongly opposes any form of academic misconduct.
On May 9th, 2018, Medjaden officially became a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). This is an important milestone in our more than 10-year history of tireless efforts to help researchers with non-English backgrounds publish their scientific research results in English scientific journals.
