Responsibilities:
1) Evaluation of manuscripts: identify the merits and weaknesses of manuscripts; determine whether manuscripts are publishable in SCI journals; and provide constructive comments/suggestions from both scientific and language perspectives.
2) Preparation of manuscripts for publication: revise/edit English manuscripts to improve quality, completing assignments in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
1) Ph.D. in biological/medical sciences or M.D.
2) At least 3 years working experience in clinical or basic research in an English-speaking country (e.g., United States, Canada, Australia, and UK); excellent verbal communication skills.
3) Experienced in writing English manuscripts, having published no fewer than three papers in SCI journals as the first or corresponding author.

2.Part-time Senior Editor of English manuscripts in Biological/Medical Sciences
Responsibilities:
1) Evaluation of manuscripts: identify the merits and weaknesses of manuscripts; determine whether manuscripts are publishable in SCI journals; and provide constructive comments/suggestions from both scientific and language perspectives.
2) Preparation of manuscripts for publication: revise/edit English manuscripts both syntactically and scientifically to improve the quality of manuscripts, completing assignments in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
1) Ph.D. in biological/medical sciences or M.D.
2) No less than 5 years working experience in clinical or basic research in an English-speaking country (e.g., United States, Canada, Australia, and UK); currently holding or previously held a position equivalent to or above Assistant Professor.
3) Experienced in writing/drafting English manuscripts, having published no fewer than 10 papers in SCI journals as the first or corresponding author.
4) Serving as a reviewer for SCI journals.
5) Willingness to help authors and a strong work ethic.
3.Full/Part-time Professional Translator for Chinese manuscripts in Biological/Medical Sciences
Responsibilities:
1) Translate original Chinese manuscripts into English manuscripts for publication in international English journals.
2) Complete assignments in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above in biological/medical sciences.
2) Work experience in basic and/or clinical research fields, good command of English, and publication of no fewer than three English papers in SCI journals.
3) Willingness to help authors and a strong work ethic.
4.Part-time Art Editor in Biological/Medical Sciences
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality graphics meeting the requirements of authors.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above in biological/medical sciences.
2) Proficiency in using graphic editing tools such as Photoshop and ACDSee.
3) Willingness to help authors and a strong work ethic.
5.Senior Academic Advisor
Responsibilities:
1) Evaluate English/Chinese manuscripts, identify their strengths and weaknesses, make relevant comments from scientific and linguistic perspectives, and suggest whether the manuscripts are fit for publication in SCI journals and what types of services can be provided.
2) Provide suggestions regarding ways to improve the manuscripts from a scientific perspective.
3) Provide suggestions on the experimental design of a study and offer an objective evaluation of the scientific and practical merits of the experimental design.
4) Independently provide high-quality counseling and revision suggestions for grant proposals from scientific and linguistic perspectives within the required turnaround time.
Requirements:
1) Doctoral degree in biological/medical sciences and holding an Associate Professor or equivalent position;
2) Familiar with the criteria for publication in SCI journals and publication of more than three papers in SCI journals as the first or corresponding author.
3) Familiar with the requirements of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC); NSFC grant recipients are preferred.
